Nose and sinuses
A nose that has stayed blocked for years. Sneezing that starts the moment you wake. A heavy head, pressure behind the face, a fading sense of smell, a nosebleed that keeps coming back. The examination starts in the chair with a nasal endoscope, so the cause is found, not guessed. Allergy testing is done at the hospital, medicines are tried properly, and an operation is discussed only when they have not done enough.
Throat and voice
A sore throat that keeps returning. A voice that has stayed hoarse for weeks. A partner who has watched you stop breathing in your sleep. A child who snores every night and sleeps with the mouth open. The throat and voice box are examined with a scope, recorded, and shown to you on the screen. Where sleep is the question, a sleep study is arranged from the hospital before anything is decided.
Ear
An ear that feels blocked, or one that has been discharging for months. A ringing only you can hear, or a room that spins when you turn over in bed. A child tugging at an ear after a cold, or saying "what?" at the television. Ear problems have many possible causes, so each one is examined before it is explained. The ear is looked at under the microscope. Hearing is measured with hearing tests (audiometry and tympanometry). Wax is cleared at the same visit.
Neck and thyroid
A swelling at the front of the neck. A lump you noticed in the mirror and have been trying not to think about. A scan report full of words nobody explained. Neck lumps are not guessed at. An ultrasound and a needle test are arranged from the hospital. The results are gone through with you, and only then is anything decided. Most visits end with an answer, not an operation.

4K endoscopy, live on a screen that faces you
The consulting room runs a full endoscopy tower with a 4K camera. When Dr. Santosh examines your nose or throat, you watch the same live picture he does. The examination is recorded, so it can be played back and explained, not described from memory.
An operating microscope for the ear
The same class of microscope used in ear surgery sits at the visit itself. Wax is cleared under high magnification, a difficult ear is examined properly, and an eardrum repair is planned from a clear view, not an assumption.
The full ENT instrument set, in Dr. Santosh's hands
Dr. Santosh operates with the full ENT instrument set: microdebrider, coblation, image-guided navigation for sinus work, laser, harmonic scalpel and radiofrequency. A separate specialist doctor, a consultant anaesthetist, keeps you pain-free. Most operations are one day procedures, home the same evening.
Audiology and allergy care under the same roof
Hearing tests (audiometry and tympanometry), hearing aid fitting, allergy testing and immunotherapy, and nebulisation all happen at the hospital. You are not sent across town, so the answer comes where the question was asked.
