This page explains, in plain words, what this website does with your details.

Who runs this site

This website belongs to Sinocare ENT Hospital. Dr. Santosh Kumar Gunapu is responsible for how it handles your details.

What this site does not do

There are no accounts, no logins and no online payments on this site. The site itself sets no cookies. The Meta advertising code described below sets one.

When you ask for a call back

The form on the Book Appointment page asks for your name, your mobile number and the patient's age. If you choose, it also asks what the visit is about.

When you press Request a call back, these details are sent to the Hospital as one email. The email is carried by Resend, an email service based in the United States, over an encrypted connection. The website itself keeps no copy.

Sending the form is your consent for the Hospital to use these details as this page describes.

The Hospital uses them to call you back, fix your appointment, remind you of it and keep your visit record. They are never sold and never shared for advertising.

The WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp on your own phone. WhatsApp's privacy policy covers that message.

When you call

If you call the Hospital, the number you call from shows on the Hospital phone. It is used to call you back and to arrange your visit.

Advertising code, maps and other services

Meta advertising code. Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram. Its code on this site counts page visits and taps on Call, WhatsApp and Book, so the Hospital can see which advert brought a visitor. It notes that a call-back request was sent, never what was in it. It sets a cookie named _fbp, and works through a small image when JavaScript is off. Meta's privacy policy covers what it collects. To limit it, change your ad settings on Facebook or Instagram, or block third-party trackers in your browser.

Google Maps. The home page shows a map of the Hospital. It loads from Google when you scroll near it, and Google's privacy policy applies.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page and time) to deliver the site and keep it safe. The call-back form's own log records only whether a request went through, never your details.

Email delivery. Resend carries the call-back email to the Hospital and keeps a delivery record of it under its own privacy policy.

Children

A parent or guardian asks for a call back for a child. The form asks for the child's age, never the child's name. We do not knowingly collect details from a child through this site.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what details we hold about you and how we use them
• correct or complete them
• erase them
• stop using them, by withdrawing your consent
• let someone you name act for you if you cannot

Withdrawing consent stops future use. It does not undo what was done before. Treatment records the Hospital must keep by law are kept even if you ask for erasure.

To ask, use the contact details at the end of this page. If our reply does not settle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How long we keep your details

A call-back request that leads to a visit becomes part of your patient record. The Hospital keeps that record for as long as the rules on medical records require. A request that never leads to a visit is deleted within 90 days.

Changes to this page

If this notice changes, the new version goes up here with a new date at the top.

Law

This notice is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
